The drone was easy to setup and great quality.I’m really impressed with my initial experience with the Shapefun drone. The quality of both the drone and the controller is excellent. The tablet controller is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making the flying experience much smoother and more enjoyable. The quick start guide is simple to follow, allowing me to get airborne quickly and capture stunning photos. Itâs impressively stable, even in windy conditions, offering great features for the price.I did have a drifting issue but found that it does need to have multiple satellites and had slipped out of GPS mode. Once I got it back into GPS mode, issue was fixed. No more drifting. Drone records great videos and perfect pictures.

Great for Beginners
Just got the drone and really like it. This is my first drone, so i have no comparison. I initially had some difficulty setting it up (user error). Customer service answered my call and walked me through the process. They are amazing!!!! The drone is easy to fly. It has excellent range in my opinion. This is an excellent drone with a great price. Image quality seems great. I will do a video review once Iâve had time to get used to it. I highly recommend!!!!

It arrived a day early great shipping, customer response was in minutes and very friendly. They thanked me after purchase and offered free parts! I opted the extra battery! Great . Then it arrived without the obstacle avoidance, I sent an email,and called. They returned my call immediately and sent the missing part and explained why. The best customer service I’ve received for anything, would highly recommend getting this,a great deal for the money well past my expectations. Was easy to use for beginners and great pictures quality .So far battery has lasted 40+ minutes a piece!

Read the description carefully. This drone did NOT come with the object avoidance system. The pictures show it with one installed but you have to buy it separately. The drone build quality appears to be of good. And it’s packaged well.This package doesn’t include OAS but they have others that do so just be sure you order the package for your needs and dont go by the pictures.****update ****100 percent refund issued. Their add description was corrected the day after I reviewed this purchase. It now clearly describes the package.I placed a second order for the package with the OAS and I can’t be happier with this drone. It does everything it claims. I am a first time drone pilot and after the third flight I removed the OAS and I am flying confidently. I have flown it 2 miles at 2k feet with no issues. Customer service responded to my email the same day and they were very helpful.Highly recommended!!!!!! Great drone!!!! Well worth the money!!!!

I guess I can’t make a second review.So this is an updated review. The first time I flew this drone, it worked excellent. After the first charge, it remote started making funny noises. Lost communication with the drone and it flew into the side of the house. After recalibrating try to fly immediately, the drone would not respond.When I try to send it home, it went up in the air and flew off up the road never to be seen again.After speaking to customer service, they decided to send me a free replacement. Once again flu perfectly on its first flight and came back without a problem. Upon second flight immediately, the camera froze several hundred feet in the air. The home return worked. Do they reset on everything. Made sure everything was working fine. Third flight, the controls would not respond and the drone hit a small tree branch nearby. Once again rechecked, everything made sure there was a strong signal. Made sure all the blades are fine recalibrated it. The final flight immediately the remote it seemed like it lost all communication. And the drone started to fly away on its own. Would not respond to the home return. The home return actually caused it to start flying faster and upward. In a panic, I jumped up to grab the drone, so not to lose it, we rolled almost broke my fingers in the process. How to bandage my fingers up from the propellers.Needless to say, I immediately packaged this up for return.Very little instructions, very little stuff online to find on troubleshooting. worst part is the brand advertised doesn’t even match what was sent.I think the most frustrating part was the map, not loading. When it did, I try to select a flight path and did not work kept telling me that it was invalid. But when the map didn’t work, I was able to select a random point that I could have flown to not knowing even where that location was.Please, please, please do not waste your money on this garbage.And since I’m in pennsylvania no refund on the tax

This drone is pretty awesome. Works great, crazy powerful. Love the display. Had some beginner pilot errors and had to reach out to support and I did not expect such incredible service. They responded within minutes and got my issues all sorted out in no time. I would buy from this company again!
