Pros:This micro side portable ssd is super amazing to have around.I have a new mini pc with only 500 gb of storage and as you can tell that is not enough and its hard to add extra drives because its a mini pc.Enter this Orico portable SSD, this basically tripled my available storage and the storage is just as fast as the built in ssd, the most impressive thing is just how tiny it is.You can throw it into your pocket and its smaller than a pack of mints.It comes with a usb cord that can be used with either usb c or traditional usb.But wait there is more, if you want you could use it as extra storage for your iPhone, Android, tablet, ipad. Its got a tiny loop so you could attach it to your keychain as well, it also doesn’t require any power cables, the only cable you need is the usb cable5/5.

Decent speed and a full 1TB of SSD storage
In my tests, I got decent speed for copying data. After I formatted it, I was able to use it with my Windows PC and iPad. I got better speeds on my ipad connection because my USB 3.0 ports on my PC just arenât fast enough for the driveâs interface. The pricing is good for a portable 1TB SSD and is extremely portable and compact. As small or smaller than the NVMe 2230 drive enclosures Iâve seen and tried. The included cable is nice and enables you to use USB-C or USB-A ports when connecting it. Just make sure the USB ports are the proper spec for the top speed. While it does feel a little cheap because of how light it is, I wouldnât let that fool you, Iâm not sure what type of SSD it is inside but I have faith that it will perform for years to come. If you have a need for the listed capacities portable drive, this is a great choice. Highly recommended.

Works great for mp4 movies! Holds tons of files! Speedy and responsive!
For years I’ve stored all of my mp4 movie files on usb thumb drives, which I play through an hdmi player to my TV (usually the TV in my RV). This thing blows that antiquated system out of the water – first of all just MASSIVE storage on the Orico- 1TB vs (at most!) 128gb per usb drive. Also the failure rate on those thumb drives is quite high and my hdmi player starts giving error messages when I cram one full – so far so good with this clever little device, which holds basically my entire collection with plenty of room to spare! The device is speedy and responsive. I wish I would have picked up one of these years ago! So pleased I plan to order another one soon. Wow!

Way too small, in a good way.
There is one problem with this portable drive. It is so small, my wife and I spent a frustrating half hour looking for it when it was in plain sight, in the very drawer, that we’d looked at a dozen times. But other than that, it is super convenient, really small, and very fast with transfering files. You could carry your entire computer content with you on your key chain. Let’s just say…. I like it!

Super fast, portable
This tiny drive is super fast, it basically maxed out my USB 3.2 port, which is limited to 10Gbps. You will need a USB 3.2×2 to maximize the speed. It is very portable and comes with a handy USB C to C cord that comes with a USB A adapter. Minus 1 star for no built in connector, and plastic build.

Fast, portable and reliable so far
This is a great external 1TB portable SSD that can be used for just about anything for which you’d think to use a drive (backup, extra storage, an alternative bootable operating system, etc). So far it’s been great! One tiny note my kid discovered: This model is not “shuckable,” in that the drive cannot be removed from its case and used as an internal SSD (It has no external NVME or SATA interface, and is intended for USB use only). Great for external use, though!

Fast, Compact and Convenient 1TB SSD
This is a great little portable 1TB SSD. Very small and convenient with a handy silicone loop. Easily fits in your pocket. The write speeds are very quick too. The build quality is good, no issues there. You get a cable that can adapt between USB C and USB A for connecting to your phone or PC or laptop.

it’s tiny!!!!
Super nice to keep in my bag for large file transfers. Works well and the read speeds are good. My only real complaint is it feels super cheap as the housing is all plastic. But for the price and getting 1TB in this form factor I’m not going to complain. Nice deal and works well.

Lascio agli altri recensori gli aspetti relativi ai test di velocità dettagliati e mi limito a dire che questa memoria è un piccolo gioiello!à di dimensioni ridottissime e quindi lo puoi portare con te, al pari di una classica chiavetta USB, ha un design semplice e discreto e una capacità decisamente grandicella: 1 Terabyte!Certo una capacità così grande deve essere abbinata a una supervelocità … E ha anche questa! Ho provato a spostare video di diversi Gigabyte da e verso il mio notebook e mi ha sorpreso per la velocità mai raggiunta con altre memorie esterne.Non posso che consigliarlo!

Disco duro externoCalcular la velocidad de un disco duro es muy relativa, depende de muchos factores, del puerto al que lo conectes, del disco duro de donde proceda o a donde vaya la información, de la propia información, de si está comprimida o si son muchos archivos.Por lo tanto, decir que lee hasta 2000 MB por segundo es muy relativo, y no siempre podrás alcanzar esa velocidad, en las pruebas que he hecho yo, he alcanzado los 900 MB/s, lo cual está muy bien.Un disco duro mecánico alcanza de máximo los 80MB, un SSD SATA, alcanza los 540MB, por lo que supera con creces a esos discos, no llega a los 3000MB de un SSD M.2 NMVe PCIe 3.0, y ni hablamos del 4.0 ni el 5.0, llegando a los 13.000MB/s.También hay que tener cuidado con el marqueting, que no es lo mismo MB que Mb, el Byte es 8 veces un bit, además tienen un bit de inicio de la transmisión y uno de finalización, por lo que un MB es diez veces mas lento (aproximádamente) que un Mb.Además, tiene un formato de archivos de exFAT, por lo que tiene compatibilidad con todos los dispositivos, tanto Windows, Linux, Mac, como móviles Android, iPhone (iOS), y lo puedes utilizar como disco duro externo para los juegos en las videoconsolas de PS5 y XBOX series X/S.Al final, lo que nos trae un disco duro SSD NMVe PCIe 3.0 con un tamaño 2230 (muy pequeño), que alcanza velocidades muy altas, en una carcasa para poder transportarlo, con conexión USB C 3.2 Gen 2×2, y un tamaño muy reducido, perfecto para llevarlo a cualquier sitio, como si de un lápiz USB se tratara.

Dans la vidéo jointe je mets une pièce d’un euro pour vous montrer l’échelle.Dans la boite est fourni un câble d’une 30aine de centimètres avec à chaque bout un port USB-C et est attaché à l’un des ports un adaptateur USB-C vers USB-A.Ce qui lui assure une large compatibilité de connexion.Je l’ai mis sur un iPhone, reconnu directement depuis l’application fichier d’iOS. Je l’ai mis sur un Android pareil reconnu direct.Il arrive pré-formaté en exFat.Et vu sa taille, sa capacité je l’ai branché sur en USB pour étendre le stockage de la PS5.Fonctionne sans problème et ne fait aucun bruit.Donc si vous avez des documents à copier depuis un appareil mobile, par exemple, ce Tout petit disque dur, tient dans la poche, est solide, pratique et est équipé d’une dragonne pour plus de commodité pour le transporter.

COSA NE PENSO:Ho acquistato l’ORICO SSD Esterno da 1 TB per aumentare lo spazio e la velocità di archiviazione del mio laptop e devo dire che sono rimasto sorpreso! à minuscolo, quasi sparisce nel palmo della mano, ma non fatevi ingannare: le prestazioni sono fulminee, con velocità dichiarate fino a 2000 MB/s. Perfetto per trasferire file enormi o per usarlo come memoria esterna su console come PS5 e Xbox. L’unico punto su cui avrei sperato di più? I materiali al tatto sembrano un poâ leggeri, ma finora non hanno mostrato segni di fragilità .COME SI PRESENTA:Confezione compatta e ben organizzata. Incluso un pratico cavo USB-C 2-in-1 (con adattatore USB-A).
