WE ARE
A home audio company who understands that good audio equipment doesn’t necessarily have to cost an arm and a leg.

Founded in 2003 by a group of audiophiles who understood that good audio products didn’t necessarily have to cost an arm and a leg. We started with a small line of outdoor rock speakers that immediately gained attention. OSD has maintained the core values that allowed us to grow from each of those aforementioned categories: Solid build quality, nice levels of performance, and good overall value.

Great sounding outdoor speakers at a great price
Pros: Sound great , easy to install, convenient easily removeable connector for speaker inputsCons: outer material could be a little better at resisting scratchesI added these speakers to my existing outdoor entertainment center. I was already using the JAMO 8 x satellite speakers with Jamo JDA500 amp + in ground subwoofer , 70 volt setup. Speakers were roughly 8-10 feet surrounding my pool. Set up is running through a dedicated Onkyo receiver. I wanted to add more speakers in the backyard, which requires an additional amplifier daisy chained to the current amp. Jamo appears to be out of business, so I went on the hunt for an amplifier and nice outdoor grade speakers. I came across these. The OSD Audio Forca 5.25″ speakers are in a rather large housing, but that is to be expected for an enclosed speaker setup like this. I purchased the additional mounting kit to mount the speakers to masonry. Install was simple, and made even easier with the ability to daisy chain speakers with the connectors. The rear of the speaker can be removed to change the speaker setting to 30watt, 15 watt, 7.5watt (in 70 volt mode) , or 8 ohm setting. I am using a Monoprice 120 watt amplifier to drive 4 speakers on the 15 watt setting.Overall, great speakers at a great price. Hopefully they withstand the test of time

great sound and value
Bought them to use in my back yard for a party, they sound amazing and the ones I bought have a beautiful copper color finish

1 of 4 speakers stopped working and all of them have water in them.
I guess the description says weather resistant, not weather proof. They definitely accumulate water inside from rain. This damages them. they sound ok, and would probably be good for somewhere that is not exposed to any water. Seeing that they are advertised as Landscape in ground speakers, I bought them for outdoor use. If one of them got water in them, I might suspect a defect, but since it was all of them, I feel confident they are not waterproof and I guess they don’t claim to be. Just weather resistant. I’m not sure what type of testing qualifies something as water resistant, but They definitely fill with water from rain.

Great little hidden speakers for the money
When we recently had our house sided, I decided to take down the pvc tubes running wires up to the eaves of the house. I buried the same wires in pvc around the landscaped perimeter of.my stone patio. Since the siding color was espresso with bronze accents on the windows, I opted for these small bronze speakers that come with garden stakes. The design really looks like spot lights and the sound quality is very good for this price point. Don’t get me wrong, they don’t have the output of my old Klipsch outdoor speakers, but they look and sound great with a much less intrusive appearance. They also make a slightly larger pair with similar audio quality per reviews I’ve read.

Sound is perfect!
Installed around new patio. Easy to install, sounds great. Very solid construction, made well. Product is heavy and does not feel cheap.

They were priced well and sound great.

Unbeatable for the price.
Have six speakers connected around yard and patio, and paired with a Polk subwoofer, driven by Yamaha TSR700.Sound quality will not blow you away, but for rhe price they are perfectly fine. Clarity and range is decent and more than adequate for an outdoor setting. There is of course virtually no low end so poring with subwoofer is essential. My only issue was the terminals – they are a custom type of connector with small Phillips screws that stripped easily (about half of the total). I was able to find something close enough as a replacement and they seem to be doing fine.

Outstanding Value
Bought 4, but found that 2 was plenty to fill my backyard with awesome sound. Mated to an in-ground subwoofer, Iâm extremely pleased with the quality of sound and overall fit and finish. Even a friend who is an audiophile, and has another brand of speakers in his backyard (big name, big price tag) thought these speakers sounded great. Heâs actually going to buy 12 of them for his shop to use as pendant speakers.
