Small, light, and incredibly versatile.
The ULANZI MT-44 tripod is extremely versatile, serving as both a tripod and a selfie stick, offering multifunctional utility for solo content creators like myself. Its built-in tripod base provides good stability, especially at lower extensions, while its extendable design, reaching up to 59″, offers flexibility in capturing the perfect shot from various angles. Itâs great pairing it with the DJI OSMO Pocket line. Both are small and easy to carry. While the OSMO Pocket can act like a stationary camera-man with its tracking, itâs the ULANZI MT-44 that gives it the lift it needs to reach eye height. Also, itâs really easy to walk and vlog with the OSMO Pocket using the MT-44 as a selfie stick. For smartphones, its built-in smartphone mount includes a cold shoe for additional accessories. Iâve found it great for blogging, capturing B-roll, or sitting by the beach filming a sunset. The beach experience did reveal a caveat about the unit that should be fairly obvious, which is the more the tripod is extended, the more unstable it becomes. However, I was walking around town all day and didnât want to lug a larger more stable tripod, so I kept the ULANZI MT-44 at a lower extension and turned on Action Mode on my iPhone to capture well stabilized footage of the sunset.

Great tripod for the Oslo Pocket 3
I was watching a YouTube video and someone said to buy this and I said “OK!”Glad I did as it’s a great addition to my Osmo Pocket 3 set up. I have a “high end” tripod that I’ve been using but it just looks ridiculous to carry that around with the Osmo.Before I get to pros and cons: This tripod is deceiving in terms of its size. So much in fact that when I received it I thought it was missing a piece. In my brain there was no way it was going to extend to 5 feet given how compact it is when closed. I was wrong. It’s great.Pros:-Very compact. Can fit in a bag easily-Extends up to 59″-Sturdy for items like and iPhone or DJI Osmo Pocket-Price, you can’t beat it.-Easy to set up, close and adjustCons:-Makes for a clunky selfie stick. In a pinch it can work but the handle size and weight are not what I’m used to in a selfie stick. Not that it’s heavy but selfie sticks usually have thinner handles and weight next to nothing.-Opening the base isn’t as smooth as I would like for it to be. It’s not hard it’s just not a seamless as the rest of the functions.Overall this is well worth the money and gives me the ability to trust that my device won’t fall over all while ditching my massive tripod that makes me looks ridiculous when I carry it out in public.

I take this thing everywhere with me. I’m a musician and I like how it collapses into the smallest thing and can fit in my gig bags. I use the existing clip to hold my S22+ with otterbox case or my gopro on the thread mount. No problems with sturdiness.

still an excellent product with a little tlc will last
so I have a few of their products and fell in love with the ease and speed with which they can be deployed. I purchased this tripod/selfie stick for a family member and was disappointed enough to remove 1 star from what would have been 5 stars. The product is well built!!!!!! 5 stars well built and designed perfectly aside from what I assume are quality control issues. The tripod base is excellent but hard to open as the bumps that lock the feet are too tall. I filed mine down because the sliding collar locks making the little bumps unnecessary. The only other issue is with the tightness of the telescopic sections they just do not want to expand or collapse easily which is good if you are putting a bit more weight on it but will slow you down, easy fix a few spots of lube and it’s just like the ones I purchased years ago. I still recommend this product I have no problem taking the 30 seconds it took to make it right I hope they earn that 5th star back but until then I expect to need to fix these slight issues myself

I love travelling and sometimes its hard that I couldnât have a picture with my husband. The functionality of the tripod serves its purpose! Durable and lightweight. Definitely a must haves during travels (whether solo, couple or group)ð

Very easy to use. Screw to mount pretty much any camera has the phone clamp too which is nice. Stands up to about 5â6 inches which you wouldnât expect for how compact it is. Folds down to about 12 inches or so can literally almost fit in your pocket. Not very sturdy but as long as itâs on a flat surface it wonât move unless you hit it. Itâs very lightweight maybe 2-4 pounds. 360 works perfectly you can get any angle you need really

Essential and Versatile
This has probably been one of the most useful tripods that I have ever owned. I have owned quite a few other ones, the big bulky 3 stand kind that take up a lot of space. I started recording some gym content with my small mirrorless camera, the Sony ZV E10. And this tripod has been amazing. It’s easy to fold the tripod down and stuff it in my bag and then when I’m at the gym, take it out and quickly. While I don’t use the phone mount, I also find it pretty convenient that if I were to forget my camera, or if I just wanted to get a quick picture that I would be able to and I have messed around with it and it’s pretty convenient, I mainly use the tripod mount and it has a screw on tripod mount which makes it easy to screw the ZVE 10 to it. As sometimes you can’t twist it on. Overall, this is a great versatile tripod. And I’d honestly recommend it to anyone.
