Great product!
My old shredder finally died so I was in the market for a new one, not only at a reasonable price, but one that does cross cut shredding. My old one didn’t and I would have to fold papers over so they would shred in smaller pieces. I love this one because I can just send up to 10 pieces of paper through at once and it shreds them into tiny little pieces! I wish I hadn’t waited until the other one died. I shred a lot of paper and this one has been an absolute treasure!

Quick and smooth shredding…
After hours of research and reading reviews between different brand paper shredders, I decided to purchase this Woolsche during the Cyber Monday sale for a good price compared to other options. The top of my old shredder slipped out of my hand, fell to the floor and broke one day which forced me to buy a new one…but it’s a welcomed upgrade.I got this Woolsche because it’s cross cut and shreds paper, credit cards, and CDs. Credit card shredding is a big plus for me as my old shredder would jam whenever I tried to use it for credit cards. CD shredding is also an added bonus. Note that the dedicated CD shredding slot only strip cuts, while the paper and credit card slot is cross cut.The size of the shredder is decent enough for home use. It’s lighter and slightly more compact compared to my old shredder…which is a good thing. The window on the front of the bin is helpful to see when it’s full and needs to be emptied. It shreds pretty quick and smooth. There was no resistance or jams for credit card and CD shredding as seen in the video. The cross cut does pretty well to feel safe that the papers and cards are not legible. The strip cut on the CD isn’t bad either (as seen in pic). I haven’t experienced any overheating issues as I didn’t have that much to shred in one sitting this time around. Will update my review if that changes.Overall, this is a good brand shredder for the price and its shredding capabilities. I would recommend for light to moderate home/office use.

I’m upgrading this review from a 1 Star to a 5 star because after seeing my first review, they contacted me and sent me another shredder to replace the broken one. I have received it and it works fine. My thanks to the company for standing behind their product.Old review:I bought this shredder for the purpose of destroying CDs. It started out fine the first time I used it, actually cut the CDs into small pieces. But then after a while, it only cut them up but not completely thru the id label. I stopped for a month and started to cut up more CDs and now it doesn’t do anything but pass the CDs thru the slot. No destruction at all. Totally worthless. I’m past the return day of course. It does still shred paper, but I have another shredder for that job, so this one is worthless to me. Would not buy or recommend this shredder.

The shredder works well. I have used the disc shredder as well which is adequate, but the shredded pieces could be smaller.The unit does overheat after long usage, after maybe 45 minutes to an hour of paper shredding. If the unit stops working and it feels quite warm, my advice is to leave it for a while and let it cool. The built in breaker (or whatever is used) works, but it is possible to keep using the machine. If I remember correctly the unit can be turned off or unplugged and it will shred again at the point of overheating (again, let it cool for a while).

This is the cats meow. So.tired of tearing up old hydro bills water bills etc to combat identity theft. The garbage pickers rummaging through the garbage are insane these days and all ot takes is one to collect your personal info. This thing shreds that evidence like a champ. No more worries of personal info making it to the trash
