Top notch customer service
The main reasnon I went with Zebra rather than cheaper ones (Rollo, Dymo…etc) is1- their customer support2- Ability to print in mini sizes (1″x0.5″ & 1″x1″)3- to be able to use ANY type of direct thermal labelsI was not disappointed in all of them!! specially the customer service. I did a live chat with the customer support and it got cut off, the team called me on my phone to make sure my case is resolved!!

Won’t stay connected
I purchased this printer because Zebra is supposed to be one of the best thermal printers on the market. Their instructions for set-up are hard to follow and the printer doesn’t stay connected to my PC. Very disappointed so far.

Products do not match online descriptions. According to Amazon online descriptions there is an Ethernet port, however, there is no Ethernet port (see photo please). I cannot use this product in Canada, the electric plug (2nd photo) is not compatible or suitable for use in Canada.
