My wife wasnât happy with how much I spent on this
Our old crosscut shredder was giving us about 3min of use before calling it quits for overheating. Super frustrating. Found this one because of great reviews. Wife wasnât thrilled about me spending more money than what we originally planned. However, several tubs of paperwork from past moves and several jobs were cleaned out so fast that she has said on several occasions that this money is well spent. Quiet. Quick. Visable door shows how full the bin is. Only complaint is that there is no easy way to bag the inside to collect the shred. So the bin has a bit of dust film. Just be a bit careful emptying the bin into a bag. Small complaint but doesnât take away anything from how much this eats. Auto feed is awesome. You can also put something small into manual feed opening while still going through auto feed pages. Would definitely recommend.

Best Shredder
I have used many shredders over the years. This one is the best I have ever had. The defining feature is that you can place a stack of papers and it will automatically shred them. This is a must if you ever shred more than a few pages. I highly recommend this shredder!

Quiet – Jam Free – Large Bin
My previous shredder was a SAMS special with a smaller bin. It was much louder and jammed to the point of garbage in just over one year.KITNERY to the rescue. After much research, I decided to go with this unit.I am mostly happy about the low decibel and the larger bin. I have a home office, and the shredder is in the next room. I can easily attend conference calls using a speaker phone with the office door open while the shredding is happening in the next room.Also, when it’s time to empty, there isn’t a mess after I am done – no bits of paper on the floor. I’m unsure how Kitnery minimized the airflow when emptying the bin, but I love it.It is a heavy unit. My wife accidentally dropped it while unboxing it, and I thought for certain we cracked it due to the loud noiseâit hit hard. Nope, the thoughtful packaging saved it!Finally, we have often used the AUTO-FEED, which does an excellent job of pulling in single sheets. There have been no jams yet!An exceptional quality QUIET machine and worth the price.

Effective and reliable
Since I shred many papers, I needed a shredder that would be able to shred more than what my original shredder was able to take care of, my new shredder reminds me of the office shredders we have at my corporate office. I chose white so you have at least a choice besides the traditional black. I can place my papers in the slot that takes up to 150 pages and walk away without concern, there is also a slot for pages that are 10 and below. I would like for the next model to have a stronger bin (that holds the shredded paper) it seems weak and not sturdy for my taste but nevertheless, I still enjoy it.
