They look great outside
I wanted some outdoor lights that could stay up throughout the year and look good outside of my house, so I gave these a try.They were not that difficult to install, but getting them secured along the eaves took some time, but once they were up, they are looking great.The app is easy to use, and I can adjust the colors and patterns using my phone just fine which is really convenient for me. It is also nice to have the remote as a backup option.The lights are bright but not to the point that gets annoying or too distracting at all. They have been working pretty well so far, and Iâm glad that I got these outdoor lights.

Bright and uniform lighting
This light strip is a great upgrade for our house. Before getting this one, we were using the chained incandescent light bulbs bought many years ago. The LED capsules are evenly spaced out along the strip such that the lighting pattern is even and uniformed. Compared with silicone light ropes which emit contiguous light along the line, I like the pattern created by individual capsules as I can visibly see the light beams and the gradient of light. The remote control is sensitive. Color changes are accurate. It can change colors in different ways and leaves users a lot of freedom to do that. The strip is waterproof as it claims to be.

Cool and fancy outdoor lights
Iâve installed various types of string lights before, but these lights are my most satisfying so far. Theyâre brighter than regular outdoor led lights and have a wide range of colors, creating a very cool effect. I like using the remote control to operate them, itâs very convenient and responsive, even from a distance. Itâs been rainy lately, and so far, they work perfectly in the rain. The quality seems good, but Iâm not sure about their durability yet. Iâll update if I have more experience with them later.

Mounting them took a bit of effort. My biggest challenge was getting everything lined up correctly along the eaves, and making sure the spacing between lights was even.
