Great customer service and a great product
I bought two of these sets for my daughter’s room. Firstly, the adhesion is not that great, but having purchased a similar set for my other child’s room a while ago, we were prepared this time to not rely on the adhesive. Regular tape every few inches works perfectly. The lights worked great for about 2 or 3 months and then one set just stopped working. We didn’t think it was the LED strip itself, but the connector from the lights to the power supply seemed less than perfect (the connection was very loose) so we suspected it was that. I contacted the seller, not really holding out much hope, but I was so wrong. Tina immediately sent me an entire replacement box (not just the connector) and followed up to make sure I received it ok. I refitted the connector and power supply today and BOOM! The lights work perfectly!! Thank you for the great customer service and a great product.

Update: Added star back after communicating with excellent seller
UPDATE: I added the star back because seller sent me an email that he is sending a replacement light strip. Turns out the reason for malfunction was due to a broken wire. I would like to add that the seller is an EXCELLENT seller and response fairly quickly. I do recommend this seller!! Also they have made new modifications to the way the strips connect to each other. They are now more secure and before they were loose and wonky, the new modifications addressed that. End of update. So I have to deduct 1 star and here is why, it comes with One white copper female to male connector/adapter and three black ones. The “ Instructions it comes with“ and I put the word instructions in parentheses because it is just a booklet with pictures. It does not tell you that it comes with one white copper adapter and three black ones and so if you connect the black adapter onto the white splitter, the remote control will not work. you do have to make sure you line the arrows together so that you do not have a short circuit. I believe I was sold a returned item because mine had been opened and looked used but I’m OK with that, as long as the lights continue to work. They do have different settings and like I said, the instructions (pictures) are pretty easy to follow if you make sure you place all your pieces out in front of you because somehow I had missed the white copper adapter that goes into the end of the splitter. Overall I like the lights, I still have not gotten it to work with Alexa but I just ordered two more in the hopes that I can get at least one to work properly for our Sunday event. Was disappointed that although they did come in, in time for Halloween, the one adapter keeps falling out so it is a very hit and miss with the lights so I actually had to just put some tape on it to try and keep it from falling out in order to make the lights work. If I got a working set as described, I would recommend this product. UPDATE, I contacted the seller and sent a picture of the issue and they were very kind and are rectifying the issue. They are very fast to work with and very pleasant sellers. I am going to add the star back that I had originally deducted in good faith that the set they send out will work as promised.

Not compatible and not in sync.
I have other “Hedynshine” LED Light strips so I bought these thinking I could just connect the two together, however it is not that simple or even possible. These DO NOT connect in to other Hedynshine light strips. I removed my older light strips and replaced them with this new purchase and this new light strip is not in sync. There are two strips of lights in the box, we have one strips set up and about 2/3 of the lights are purple and the other 1/3 is red. They will not change to be the same color, which is weird since they are on the same strip
