So glad I found this at the warehouse, exactly what I was looking for and the price made it sweet. Came in perfect condition and works great.

Works well with small loads
Overall it works well. The instructions say 6 page max but it gets a bit balky at 6 pages, maybe thickness counts. Also the bin fills quickly so this is for occasional use. Good value for the price

Had this same model that lasted for 9 years. So when my assistant didn’t empty the basket and the shredder jammed with paper and the gears were destroyed when it kept running with the shredder head not turning, I replaced it with the same model. What I liked about this model is that it was relatively quiet, efficient and I could open up the shredder head to clear really bad jams and to oil. What I didn’t like is that you pretty much have to empty the basket when paper level is about half-way up the window area. I thought there was a jam proof mode, but don’t think so. And it is a little heavy, but has a handle to lift off the top. For the money, you can’t expect all the bells and whistles.

Broke down after 1 month
Shredders are pretty straight forward. If they jam, you clear the jam sometimes by going in reverse. Even though I tried that, the shedder never worked again. There is no paper still jammed. Reverse switch works but produces nothing. Iâve tried everything. I want my $ back!

I had the same model from another online store this item eats everything with ease the one I had before died after three years this model is heavy but sturdyDrawbacks sometimes it doesn’t work all the time you have to pick up the top and put it back down for it to work

Auto Mode does not work
This thing shreds paper. The bin gets full fast which is fine. However, when you have the device in Auto/shred mode, the gears and motor keep spinning even when there is no paper in it, so you manually have to turn it off. Not a helpful feature in a device like this.

Pro-Well constructed with excellent operational capabilities. Processes twelve sheets of paper quite easily. Easy to empty shredder container. Con-Cross shredding is good but not of the highest security level. Also beware -machine does not take staples or paper clips.
