Works well and much quieter than other shredders
So far this is a perfect home office or small office shredder. Reasonably high capacity and storage. Very quiet compared to other shredders. Fits and essentially disappears under a desk. Definitely an upgrade from budget shredders.

Definitely Heavy Duty!
Works really well but isn’t great at shredding credit cards. It does somewhat “chop” the cards but the pieces are rather large. We did shred credit cards in the slot where the paper goes instead of the credit card slot, hopefully this won’t ruin the machine. For paper shredding we are really pleased. Very quiet, an added bonus!

My old shredder was a pain as I repeatedly lost the key to make it work. Got fed up and bought this nicer looking one that also performs very well. Just an on off switch and no weird keys to misplace. Might be priced higher than most but I enjoy a good aesthetic along with functional quality.

Broke on its second use :/
So I don’t really know what happened.I bought this, and I shredded a mostly full basket. It’s a little on the loud side but not problematically so, and quiet for a heavy duty at least. Things seemed to go well.I went back to do a second batch today, and the shredding sensor has malfunctioned. If I try to put anything in on the sensor, it thinks it’s jammed. If I lock it in forward, it’ll shred things on either side, but if anything gets to the center, where the sensor is, it decides it’s jammed. Unfortunately that means I can’t shred full pages, which was my use case, so even though it works, it’s useless.It’s not actually jammed. I’m extremely frustrated with the low product quality and durability.
